Problem uploading. no tool options (Mac)

When I go up to tools, all i get is the sub folder advanced, and then mojito dht arcs view. why can't i go to options in order to upload????/

On OSX the preference options are under the LW icon at top left of screen (drop down menu),
the keyboard short-cut is Command (apple key) & Comma ⌘ ,
