Installation Error

I was using the free version of Limewire and had no problems.
I bought Pro and:
1. It gives me an install error same as noted by others here.
2. It will allow me to download but I can't open the files because
they are saved as limewire documents not audio files.
3. When I try to download the manual PDF file it only downloads
about half way and stops. It cannot be opened.
