allow setting a file to a higher priority...
make Limewire so that the user can set certain files as HIGHEST priority...
there are times when the file i need most is in a big list of files... it would be nice to even set one of the 'Maximum Downloads' slots to be a super aggressive channel... so i could have a couple of 'normal' download channel/slots going and maybe... one slot assigned to be aggressively retrying for the file/files i need most...
