Post Drop earlier version Compadibility
A really nice new feature would be to drop support for version 2.6 and lower so the network will run a lot faster.I would like some other ppl's views to see if this is a good idea...

versions lower than 2.6 can not connect to LimeWire properly anymore. The next version (2.9 or 3.0) will start preferencing newer LimeWire versions. Compatibility will not be dropped.
