Hey, what would you say if one of the next versions of Limewire incorporated some kind of alert tone for incomming messages (you know like the ones you got with the MSN messenger). That way, if people wanna talk to me and my attention is not on my computer, the tone will notify me and stuff. It may seem a dumb request and sorry about that, but I've missed way to many chat invitations like that and many of them were important (like people wanting to know if a file works or if it is compatible, etc...)

We've mulled over audio indicators for quite awhile. Perhaps 4.0 is the correct time to add them... one of our main focuses for 4.0 is to improve the interface, which basically means any feature that can make someone go, "Wow!" (in a good way, simplistic way).
