 >Do you mean, that every program should always keep some upload-slots reserved for currently or brief ago downloaded-files? We are looking into this option. Specifically, we're examining if it would be feasable/helpful for a downloader to reserve a slot for its uploader to download parts of the file from it, if the uploader requires some ranges that the downloader has.  |
