All subdirectories (by default) are shared under ./shared.
I frequently find I am downloading numerous files in groups or series. If I right-click on a selected file or group of selected files in the search results window I would like an option added below "Download" in the right-click menu "Specify Directory." This option would allow me to type in a directory. I use LimeWire on Linux so I don't want to "browse" although windows users may find this of value as well as access to the functions in the browse dialog (like create new directory). If I need a directory, I'll create one. If it exists I'll type in the directory name and expect that sufficient (mydir = ./shared/mydir). For the Linux client, I would request that any failure (such as directory doesn't exist) simply stop the process; no need for sophisticated errors and don't start the DL anyway. For the windows clients you might offer to create a new directory. Also, and I'll post this as a separate feature request, I want to know if I've downloaded this file already. Thanks |

We're looking into possibly adding a 'Save To' option for downloads for LimeWire 4.2.
