remote capabilities

hey guys, can you all make LimeWire be accessable from the web so a user can access it remotely(see mldonkey). this would let something be downloaded, and be able to be controlled from a remote computer somewhere in the world using a normal internet browser, and connecting to the computer that is running it(kind of like a server).
