I dont understand this site. I paid for the pro version plus one year and now the program is telling me that it doesnt recognize me email address. WTF? I dont get it. and why are there no contact numbers for customer service or support only this forum? I used this bcuz it has a good reputation, but i am not getting what i paid for.

I bought Limwire Pro just before the latest version came out, and I am trying to get the new update. I entered all possible e-mail addresses, and none will work to let me download.
I got it through the limewire.com site

check the email address that you used. you should have kept a copy of that email limewire LLC sent you. otherwise your stuck. try to email [email protected] with your account details or they will ignore your email.
