maybe limewire should be able to open torrents. other p2p programs can but not limewire? it would be a great feature to add to limewire.

BT (read BitTorrent) may be incorporated into LW following the 5.0 DHT releases (5.2 should have it IIRC)

torrent download is not needed, just a magnet: BITH search to find the fitting magnet: sha1 of the magnet : bith

then this would work, so why not a DHT to find sha1 for the magnet bith url ?
