Firstly thanks for a great program. Good to see how popular it has become in the last year.

In South Africa, our broadband is limited with Caps. This is generally limited to 1,2 or 3 GB (up and down combined) of international bandwidth. Local bandwidth however is unlimited.

This makes using LimeWire very difficult. Is it possible create a feature that only connects you to other South African (Or whatever country) users, for both search and Download?
