Pause desc mouseover popup.

There needs to be a way to pause the popup that appears when you MouseOver a file. Frequently, descriptions are too long to read in the three-second deault you get now.

Suggest holding the shift key to freeze the popup long enough to read.

Good suggestion! Someone suggested something amost identical but didn't include suggested keyboard commands! Good one! I agree. As long as there's an option there (id3 tags annoy some people so it needs to be an option!)
