Go in Options->Filter and enable display all junk results.

I am no fan of filters but this on actually works fairly well if you take the time to play with it and train it. Before to long there will probably be a guide on how to set it up. But for now you will just have to play with it. You maybe happy with the results if you take the time to figure out how to use it.
