Hi new to computers, purchased pro from offical site, did not recieve it, when I tried to contact Limewire it wont accept my e- mail address.?

I too was unable to get the link to the Pro version after paying for it. And the site is not accepting my e-mail address as that of a valid purchaser.

1st be sure you actually paid for it at limewire.org & not somewhere else that simply redirected you to limewire site to downld. 2nd, check the email you used when you paid. 3rd check the links above for further tips.
