Browsing

I am probably not the only one to bring this up but so for i have not been able to find anything on it. If anything it is a bit of a grip.
When i cannot browse the files of the people uploading from me i find it very annoying. If people expect to share my files they should be prepaired to share theres, if they are not then there should be a capability to block them. Any Ideas.

The fact that you can't browse certain hosts doesn't mean they do not share. Actually, since you can only try to search host which "shared" files show up in your search results, you have actually the prove that they share.
But they might be behind a Corporate firewall or a NAT firewall, or they haven't got chat enabled, or it is/was just some bad luck, since the chat/browse function isn't quite an exact science.....
