I think that Limewire should rewrite the part of the code used to register % downloaded of incomplete files so a forcecheck option could be integraded into the software.

This would not only give users the option of resuming incomplete downloads but also make it no problem for users wanting to upgrade no problem at all resuming their old incompletes.

One to seriously consider for Limewire 4.13 especially if wanting to have Limewire be able to download torrents. This is standard in every torrent application.
