![]() JohnnySlater & File Supporter I'm not quite sure if I understand what you guys are suggesting but it seems that you are both saying that LW Basic (& may be Pro too) should have a minimum upload speed usage set (at 28.44 kbs - modem speed). Now, to you guys this might seem a brilliant idea (because you have broadband connections and live in the US where the cabling infrastucture is great) but what about people in other parts of the world that do not have great cabling infrastucture, people who do not have the latest high speed PCs or users where their ISPs have decided to introduce "bandwidth shaping". It's obvious that you guys have not really thought through your suggestion carefully enough or have (unintentionally) taken a very parochial view. UK Bob |
