![]() If you want to alter a filename click it to select it , wait 2 seconds then click once again . Then you should be able to type a new name and press ENTER when you are done . The library view has worked this way since I can remember ... (Like 1.7 or something) |

![]() I'm with VF (and others) about the mp3 player. At lease an easy way to toggle it on and off. A way to scroll through the file would be handy if it stays. (What are PRO sales, Chris?) Would it be hard to design in a feature that allows you to gather the same file from different hosts at the same time? It would cut down on outbound bandwidth and make for a much faster download. It would also be handy to be able to start a download, then add another host to that download if you find more hosts in subsequent searches. Would that clog things up too much? ![]() Hello Geraldo. As VTOLFreak pointed out, there is a way of using your native media player instead of the built-in player. It might be possible to visually remove our media player if users do this, but I don't think there's a big demand for the feature. The multi-source downloads you mention have been in LimeWire since 1.9. The ability to add new files to an existing download will be added in LW 2.2. LimeWire PRO is the ad-free, bundled software-free version of LimeWire that we sell for $6. That payment gives you six months of free upgrades and helps pay for future developments. -Christopher Rohrs |

![]() I know you have heard this before, but I agree that your player is a little lacking. On my system it has severe lag. It isn't a problem really though since I use an alternate player as well. Additionally I would very much like to see dynamic result sorting. I do have some other simple ideas that might be applied, though I am not sure how useful they would be for others or if I might seem silly for even suggesting them, but here goes. First, as I sometimes have to play with spellings for my searches, if I could toggle a "Do not reset" button on my search column it might save me a little time. Additonally, an "exact match only" option might be integrated into the search column for those times that you know exactly what you want. Lastly, I would really like to have some way of getting spam out of my results (porn sites posing as music, screensavers, etc.). They are easy to identify since their file sizes are small and often the results numbers are very high, but they add clutter. Overall though, I have been getting a lot of great use from the system and am grateful for it. Thanks. Last edited by Man o' the World; November 17th, 2006 at 09:31 PM. |

![]() Ok My Turn ![]() 1.A kb rate is a good idea because it will be like kazaa where you can see how many you have left to download insteed of a percentage. That is a good idea. ![]() 2.Makeing some new skins would be nice ![]() 3.Something with the chatroom on LW i never used it but some people say there's dont work that woulld problee be a good idea to fix it so it works with all users . 4.And maby trying to make it use less MEM would be nice for the one's that dont have 512 or higher. And probly useing less MEM would probly make it start up faster. 5.would be try to make it start up faster instead of like kazaa where kazaa is really slow when it starts i dont use kazaa any more but they turned to Crap ![]() This is my five point a genda ![]() |

![]() Not possible with the current protocol . Bad luck . Try posting this in the feature request forum . They might implement SSL or another kind of encryption into the Gnutella 0.7 protocol . Or 0.8 , whatever the next version is gonna be . They are up to 0.6 now . |
