Why (Want option to disable tool tips)

Dear People,
Wow, what a pain in my back side just getting here! Why so much security just to post a message, you don't even have that much to use the program!
Anyway, here is my deal, can we PLEASE have an option to get rid of those annoying stupid balloon pop up things that chase the cusor all around the screen while we are trying to read the info on files??????
Oh, and BTW, when we can't connect it's not always OUR problem! The other day I couldn't connect to save my life no matter what I did. Then today I tried and got straight on, without making any changes to my computer! Anyway, it's great, thanks for all your hard work, keep the music playing!

To disable ToolTips Right Click on Info Bar, then More Options. Click on Extended ToolTips to Uncheck.
