this feature should be added back to limewire...i have a lot files i want to share but sometimes single user will take up all the slots and bandwidth and don't give a chance to others that want download from me. sometimes i have to kill uploads to give everyone a chance. so please add this feature back. for now i'll use frostwire instead.
