this feature should be added back to limewire...i have a lot files i want to share but sometimes single user will take up all the slots and bandwidth and don't give a chance to others that want download from me. sometimes i have to kill uploads to give everyone a chance. so please add this feature back. for now i'll use frostwire instead.

I absolutely & totally agree. I have already asked (directly to the devs) a few times since start of year for this to be returned. I suspect they think it's not such a big issue. sighs

There's also the issue .. an admitted one by one of the spammer companies ... that they will attempt to steal all of a user's upload slots to stop them sharing. Such spam companies are paid to stop certain files being shared.
