| Pretty much the same thing happened to me... I was downloading a 30MB file "with dialup", and at 29MB I was frozen by a damn popup from a website I was at. Oddly enough, my files seem to resume downloading. The CATCH!, is that if a system error occurs, then it resets the download to 0%, leaving the incomplete download sitting there in the folder. What the hell?? This as far as I know is the biggest problem Limewire has. I'm afraid to download big files because of the possibility of a freeze or error, and the fact that my resume doesn't always work. I hope they make some add-on to the program that we can download that fixes this problem. |
