is this problem fixed already????

is it fixed?
cuz i had a internal error and lost all the downloads i was running at that time. it also said can't start old downloads or so. and there is no way i can get them back up and running .
must say that really sucks cuz most of them where almost done.
if any1 knows let me know plz
