hey doods, i was just wondering... is phex free and legal?

coz i dont want to be charged alot of money... :(

plz help ASAP

Yes Phex is free & it is a legal program. But what you download it is the question. If you stay away from copyright material then you will be safe. :) Seek information from your own local country laws because each country has their own laws & approach in regards to copyright files. ;)

how will I know if it's copyright or not?

If you can buy it at the shops or online then chances are it is copyright. Not sure of a definitive method of finding out. I have come across a link which shows many but not all copyright materials. You'd need to Google around I guess.
