Phex, is if legal?
hey doods, i was just wondering... is phex free and legal?
coz i dont want to be charged alot of money...

Yes Phex is free & it is a legal program. But what you download it is the question. If you stay away from copyright material then you will be safe.
 Seek information from your own local country laws because each country has their own laws & approach in regards to copyright files.  We can't tell you much more than that.

If you can buy it at the shops or online then chances are it is copyright. Not sure of a definitive method of finding out. I have come across a link which shows many but not all copyright materials. You'd need to Google around I guess.
