can't get to downloads!!

I have just downloaded phex and searched for songs. I downloaded several songs and they said complete but I can't listen to them, and they didn't move to the folder i sent them to. they're just sitting there in the phex download file. what do i do?????

Could you give us a bit more information?

Which operating system do you use? (Windows, GNU/Linux, MacOSX, ...)

Did you set the download folder different from the Incomplete folder?

Do you have enough free diskspace?

How did you try to listen to them?

Do the filenames start with "INCOMPLETE-"?

mine is doing samething, i can listen to them, but they didn't move into library?

yeah, can't get mine to play or transfer to a usable tab, you would think there would be a tutorial for this??

if i go to click on the file and go to preview it will pull it up in window media player and play song

They aren't supposed to move to the Library automatically, except if you share your download folder.

This prevents people from accidentally sharing all their downloads without knowing it.
