If you're using LimeWire, the original adult filter was somewhat lacking to say the least. Though that might not filter out incoming searches, I'm not sure.
In the Advanced Tools, you can click inside that incoming search panel & control-A, control-C and paste into a text document. But again, porn is super popular on the network and you might find a heck of a lot of such searches.
