Morpheus ultrapeers don't use up bandwidth reporting the number of hosts available. They still have the hosts - they just don't report them.

With regard to bandwidth - this is actually a good thing.

Morpheus does have faults - in particular, its default settings could do with a serious re-think (there are some very bad morpheus ultrapeers). But morpheus isn't as bad as many people seem to believe.
