if i download a song and then exit then it erases my song. how do u save a song that u have completed downloading and how do u save it to the library???/ please help me!

unless your install has gone hideously wrong (very unlikely) you won't have actually lost any of the files you've downloaded - go to "Tools" and select "Options" and you should see the directory where it is that your downloaded files are being placed - you can then just stick with that directory or tell LW to save to some other directory you have/make (c:\music files\my downloads - for example)
