Not Enough Space..but I do!!

I have downloaded limewire directly from the limewire site, and the program is in my docs, but when i try to run it the message says there isn't enough memory and to close programs..I have plenty of memory for this program. I tried to delete from my computer to try again, but it won't let me do that, it says the program is running...HELP!!!
