ARG Some one please help

I have RealOne Player and when i download some real files (the ??????.raf types) it says "You need a new software update to be able to play this. Search for this update now?" I click yes and it searches and comes up with nothing. That indicates there is no update to play it but then how did it get to be a RAF file in the first place?! .....ARG *munches on some ibuprofen*
