Remote queing

What is Remote Queing and how can it benefit the Limewire users? As usual, Limewire lists this as a new feature of 2.73 yet I find no documentation on this or how it is used, the benefits derived from its use, or if it is used for downloads, or uploads. Can someone more enlightend that I help me out, since the developers so no reason to?

basically, your put into a waiting line for the file and people are served on a first come first serve basis. i would think this would cut down on the hammering of clients for a file.
