Is this a trap?

Often when I look for a song, multiple listing will come up ,obviously from the same person, with "(the real thing), (Awesome!!!), (Please share!!!) noted next to title. These files are small, under 400kb. This happens quite a bit. My concern is that someone is trying to get people to download these files and that they will cause damage. What's up with this? Thanks.
