Do these forums help you? if so why not post a message back to the person that helped you? I'm sure they would really appreciate that. Also it would let them know if the advice they gave actually made a difference.

Everybody wins by taking a few minutes out of your busy schedules, even people just browsing. It's amazing the info you can pick up when the chat about a particular problem is seen through to the end.

Precisely! user Feedback are always important and appreciated!. Unfortunatelly there is still users out there expecting help from others but then after they got the help they needed did not bother to send back a reply on what fixed the problem. That is very irritating!.

People don't like asking for help. Think requesting that the forum add a line for OS/ Gnutella version would help make answers easier?
