Hmmm. I'm relatively new to this Limewire lark and, in the short months of experimentation, I've never had resume work. Browsing the threads, I read that it had been "disconnected". As far as I can determine, even the hidden "Force resume" doesn't work (which is strange because if you take the trouble to hide it like buried treasure, you might expect the pirates to leave something valuable in there). So you must either be using a very old version of Limewire or something strange is happening. However, if it works for you. . .

And, as a final thought, we actually avoid the tourist places and live in the Heartlands, subsisting on roti prata and kopi oh. But I'll buy you a beer if you make it out here.
