| Ultrapeers are also supposed to connect to leafs (this is how leafs connect to the network). I haven't read of any Etiquette regarding who you allow other than blocking any IP that offers spam files like "awesome." Live and let live would probably be the usual etiquette. If you are using 2.9.11, you should see about 64 connections in Network stats--the number of total hosts and files in the stats reported is only an approximation and can vary greatly at present.
