 Do you have any tariffs for program authors, who want to host their programs in Gnutella? Are these fixed trariffs (if you have them), so that one pays exactly the same, if the file has been requested a million tiomes, or only once? Since other people also act as sources, I think, that this would be the best model, maybe pay by size.
