LimeWire 1.6b addresses many of the issues posted about on this thread. The problem with the initialization window not resizing on some Linux systems has been addressed -- it is simply resizable now.

We have also fixed a significant bug on the Mac that caused LimeWire to crash depending on what settings you selected on install.

Please post to this forum if the new beta version continues to give you any problems.
