 Yup, I think that that's it. I lowered the upload bandwidth by 5 as you said and I get the feeling that browsing the net is slightly faster now. Merci mec! Btw, this actually doesn't seem to have changed anything (on the outside at least) concerning the upload speeds; they are at the same levels as before.
