Default Peer-to-peer 'dying' ?

What do you think of this ?

- and, as a LW installation behid a NAT router, can I not actually serve files ? I can't be sure because the GUI tells me I'm 'behind a super-peer' (?) and Monitor shows no upload activity.

I'm newly behind a router/hub, but in the past was using PPPoE DSL behind NAT and was providing uploads.
