plz help

i feel stupid for saying this but i downloaded itunes and i cant get my songs into it!! i tried to use the explore thing and import and crap but when i open the little picture of limewire all i get is a folder called 3.8.10! i really want to know how to do this because limewire is pissing me off without its rewind capabilities and crap. PLZ PLZ PLZ help me
