Yes and No
If you:
1) download music that fits the requirements that an Ipod can play (in the manual you will find these) 2) download the music first, then transfer it to your Ipod with the software I'm sure they come with 3) have a legitamit Ipod (I want one!) then yes! The manual of the Ipod should tell you how to do all of this...and in baby talk too.
