How do i get my songs that i download from limewire into itunes, i have windows

If I remember correctly, the iTunes support function you can find in the Options (if it's there in the Windoze version) is only for Mac systems.
I think you'll have to drag and drop your shongs from the Shared folder (not the one in the Library, mind you).

Another way is to add them manually from iTunes using the 'Add to Library' function (not import), & direct iTunes to your LW dwnld folder. iTunes can add files individually or a folder full of mp3's. Drag & drop is a good way if you have both folders open at the same time so you easily know which files to add.
