3000kbps/300kbps.- thats right.., in my second post I wrote it wrong..
1.)windoes XP
2.) windows firewall and now it is turned off and norton antivirus firewall but its turned off as well
3.) 240 ram..( its unusal number, I know)
4.)available 38 GB
5.)cable
6.)motorola SB5101E Surfboard cable modem
7.)at home
8.)limewire 4.11.0
java 1.5.0_03
9.) Its called karneval, I guess..
10.) I am not sharing the connection with other computers and I have no other P2P programms
11.)my test worked

I made a speed test - 263 kbps/57 kbps..(http://www.ookla.com/speedtest/)
I am a little bit confused by their kbps..I guess it means kBp/s..,that B is important..
