I am considering the purchase of the Pro product to increase download speeds. I am currently using satellite internet service and am able to download at speeds of over 50 K per second. The best I can download from Limewire now is 10K if I am lucky. Usually it is between 2 and 4 K. Can anyone tell if the turbo charged Pro can help increase the download speed?

I also note that the price for Pro is $18.88. Is the price in US or Canadian? Finally, is the CD version the same?

Check the first sticky about increasing the download speeds a little. If you see increased speeds (you should, if you're on satellite) then all the better. I think that for you, since you probably have a very fast connection, Pro will indeed help you get faster speeds as the connections that Basic provides will probably not be enough for you to take full advantage of your bandwidth.

The price is on U.S. dollars.
I'm not too sure if the two versions are the same, but they most probably are.
