 Don't you like to check out the programs you are using? How else will you know what it can do?

On the mainscreen go to tools ---> options ---> connections. It's right there, the only choice in the section. Uncheck the box.

actually, i already disabled connecting automatically upon starting the program. What i actually want is to stop the whole limewire program from opening upon starting windows. any idea how?

Tools-Options-Advanced-System Startup & untick the option box. Heck I must have been slow answering that. My comps working real slow but wow!

Thank you!

not a problem, and lord maybe you should think of upgrading your comp and internet connection, you'll like it fast like heck

The reason my comp's slow is b/c I'm simultaneously encoding 2 videos in separate apps plus using 4 other apps. On any comp that will slow things down. I'd love a g5 though. As for connection, yeah it's slow but I'm upgrading in a mth or 2. It just keeps being postponed.
