i got scamed

i was reading this site and realized i was scamed, i bought limewire off a site called mp3musicaccess.com. i chose the 1 year for 1.49 a month which came out to be 17.88 on my credit card then it kept telling me to upgrade for better streaming , so i did for 18.88. well i emailed limewire and they said that they only charged me one time for the pro version, and that someone scamed me and that they just linked them to me. so basically i paid twice for the same service.

Thank you all for your help. Im happy to report that i received an email from clickbank today and once i explained the situation they are sending me a full refund. If anyone else went thru clickbank, just send an email to their customer support page explaining what site you were scammed by and how it happened and hopefully they will refund your money as well.

New to this too

After reading about unnecessary fees for Limewire I feel I might be another sucker. I am new to this too and all I really want is a good site to download my favorite family type movies. I found Lightspeed Movies and paid them $29.95 for unlimited access. So far all have is a bunch a links to download and use for for free. I could of done that on my own! Has anyone got the angle on Lightspeed Movies? Are they just another scam? Should I have my credit card get my money back? Also, Limewire seems okay, but I have not been able to find all the family type movies for my kids. I find a lot of annoying porn mixed in with Dora the Explorer and Barbie. I have to hide the kids while I search for their movies. Is there something better out there?

i was had by light speed movies as well but all i had to do was send an email to click banks customer support and explained the scam to them. They fully refunded my money. Try it and see what happens....if that doesnt work then go to ur credit card company.

ipoddownloads.com

Watch out for these guys. You pay for unlimited everything and then link you to LimeWire. They send you the "Videoria" video converter which gives me a "fatal error" message on my new Dell when I try to install it. It's a scam, stay with LimeWire

payed

I just realized why limewire pro doesnt recognize my email address to be able to enter a support ticket!!!!!!!!! I did pay the $34.95 2 years ago through what I thought was a legit site. I had no idea that you dont pay except for pro. I do have pro, was able to upgrade, but need to transfer limewire connection to a new computer. Any suggestions how to do this? I tried once b4 and was given a piracy message.
thanks for any help

Hello I think I'm 1 of those silly people too !!!! I went to google last sunday looking 4 music download sites and havent got a clue ,kept looking at all the different ones and they all lead to limewire which I knew I wanted .I sadly joined one for £14.99 lifetime membership and £9.97 Pro Vison that I didnt ask for along with £8.88 spy remover that I also never requested !!!!! the site was ares-software-download.com , is this another one of those sites ?? they never sent an email to confirm and it said the 1st 7 days were free and you could cancel .My credit card has been charged £33.73 but fortunately iI have spoken to the card company and at the monment they are stopping payment to them ,So is this another one of those scammers ??? sorry to bother you all just that I would like help stop this ,as there ard probably thousands of us new ipod owners out there doing exactly the same as me.
Also the name of the company that took the money was www.mp3musichq.com this is weird as they have a help desk and phone no??
