downloading

I need help, AGAIN!! For the past few days, when I try to connect to/download from Limewire, I get computer freeze. This mainly happens whenever I attempt to click on the force resume option. It has gotten increasingly worse the past 2 days. I do have a firewall on my computer, and have experimented with turning it off, but it makes no difference whether it is on or off; it still freezes. On another topic; what does it mean when the following is displayed ( example ): 9:12:13:56 in the time section? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. One more I just thought of; why in the H E double hockey sticks did I suddenly lose all previously incomplete downloads when I attempted to connect ?
