How come i can't ultrapeer???

ok ... i have found my DSL firewall and disabled it. when i did that i restarted computer/limewire. when i did it automatically had me re-do my options. i have the IP forced turned on, and when i check my bug reports i am now showing TRUE in the incoming messages ......guess now all i have to do is wait?
