is anything downloaded illegal? like the porn and stuff

I think over 90% of the offered files are illegal. All files which are copyrighted are illegal. I think the copyright expires after 80 years so if you like music from Mozart there is no problem.

The most Amateur videos aren´t copyrithed, but there are many fakes. They say its a Amateur video but in realaty its a professional video which is copyrithed.

Yes of course there is the possiblity of getting caught. As long you download only for your private use you don´t need to go to jail you would have to pay a fine.
