 Sometimes in Windows, you need to drag the window down. Drag a corner or something. Your problem does seem to happen in one in every 50,000 users, I don't know why. As far as previous versions go. Try the beta 4.1.10 rather than 4.0.8 where you'll enjoy almost everything 4.2.2 has. See previous versions. Uh it must have taken me a year to write my post lol!  But if you can't see anything under the help translate... then it seems it's a window issue. It 'IS' possible to drag it down apparently. If not you could delete it & try re-installing it.
